What to watch: Distinguish the supervisor’s internal organisation from the duties of AI providers and public-sector deployers.

What to watch: The central question is how responsibilities are divided between the Commission, CNMC, AESIA, AEPD and other authorities, and how the DSA, AI Act and sectoral rules overlap.
